Refund Policy

Effective September 30, 2026

This policy applies to MS Budget Plus licences bought from Marc Robitaille, doing business as MS Crops. Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which issues any refund to the original payment method.

30-day money-back guarantee

A yearly or lifetime licence gets a full refund if you ask within 30 days of purchase. The licence stops working once the refund is made.

After that

A yearly licence can be cancelled at any time from the link in your Paddle emails; it stays active until the end of the year already paid and is not renewed. Renewals already paid are not refunded, in full or in part. This does not limit any right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you.

Write to msbudget@mscrops.com from the email address you paid with, reply to your Paddle receipt, or call +1 832-586-8028. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
