Refund Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

This policy applies to purchases of Farm Cropper and MS Budget Plus from Marc Robitaille, doing business as MS Crops. Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which issues any refund to the original payment method.

30-day money-back guarantee

• MS Budget Plus (yearly or lifetime licence): a full refund if you ask within 30 days of purchase. The licence stops working once the refund is made.
• Farm Cropper (monthly or yearly plan): a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 30 days of it.

After that

Farm Cropper can be cancelled at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed; renewals already paid are not refunded, in full or in part. The same goes for an MS Budget Plus yearly licence: cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle emails, and it stays active until the end of the year already paid. This does not limit any right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you.

How to ask

Write to supports@mscrops.com (MS Budget Plus: msbudget@mscrops.com) from the email address you paid with, reply to your Paddle receipt, or call +1 832-586-8028. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
